Finding Data is simple

We have developed over many years intuitive searching to make finding the data you need as simple as possible. For example finding a company is a case of entering a few letters in our search box which will interprete the meaning of what you have entered..enter a Town, Telephone number, etc and the responsive search will bring the results in a flash.

Entering Data is simple.

Entering Data has consistent behaviour throughout the database. For example when entering a Sales Order entering part of a company name will bring you a list of possible companies. Companies in the database are there to attach to the order.

When a company is selected information such as the default contact at that company, the sales person for the company, the credit terms agreed with the company are automatically filled in, and discounts agreed with the company can be applied automatically to the products you sell them.

Producing Reports is simple.

There are a standard reports for things like VAT returns, profit & loss reports, aged debtors, sales reports and CRM Management reports, as well as a number of these reports being customisable you can create your won reports and attach them to the menu for easy use.
